  Onbile doesn’t reply its platform to reseller’s system but with the Reseller Pro Plan you could enjoy the most customizable Admin Panel. Everything will be done under your own domain, admin panels will show your logo and corporate colours.

• Could resellers manage their own customers accounts?

  Yes, they could. Our platform allows resellers create accounts for their clients in order to let them edit their webs.

• What are landing pages for?

  Landing pages have several uses: creating unique pages for promotions and offers campaigns, deal sites, integrating contact forms for obtain users database, event websites...

• What kind of contracts exist?

  You can sign up to our services yearly or monthly. Save 10% by subscribing to a one-year contract!The price will be $10.80/month instead of $12/month per site in a monthly contract.

• How can I pay?

  There are two payment methods available in our platform that allow you to pay your subscription securely: Visa credit card and PayPal system.

• Is there any benefit if I subscribe to yearly contract?

  Save 10% by subscribing to a yearly contract instead of a monthly one.

• Is there an email service?

  You can configure your mail box through the control panel of the Onbile platform soon.

• If I'm currently using the free plan; can I upgrade to the professional one?

  Yes, you can. However, if you want to enjoy all the features from ONBILE and have a custom support, we recommend you to subscribe to the professional plan to create your mobile website.

• How is the discount applied according to the volume of sites subscribed?

  The system will recognize the contracted/subscribed volume, applying the discounts depending on the number of websites created.

• How can I terminate my contract?

  If you wish to cancel the contract you can access the user control panel, up to a month in advance of the service renewal.
